Havana, Jul 20 (PL) The Arab Union of Cuba (UAC, in Spanish) slammed in this capital the Israeli aggression on Palestine and Lebanon, as well as threats against Syria and other Middle East countries.

   The UAC, states the document, condemned Wednesday the brutal and unjustified military aggression perpetrated by Israel against Lebanon and criminal bombings of cities, leaving hundreds of dead and wounded people, including children.

   This Arab organization also rejected the illegal Lebanon-imposed naval and air blockade and expressed its most vigorous condemnation to such a blatant violation of human rights and international regulations, trampled with impunity by Tel Aviv.

   Faced with the Cuban-Arab Community's position before that fact, the UAC demanded from the international community, its organizations and members of the Federation of the American-Arab Entities (FEARAB-America) to urgently mobilize them to stop such genocide.

   The Arab region is currently being convulsed by the bloody extermination of the Palestinian people carried out by Israelis in Gaza and West Bank, the US war in Iraq and threats against Syria, noted the declaration.

   "We won't allow that the Israel government, warranted by the US veto at the UN Security Council, the European Union complicity and international organizations' inaction, to violate once more the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights," concluded the document.
